Hypotension, high pulse rate, transport time, year, level of crew certification, and system ECG capability were all significant predictors ( P <0.05) of ECG utilization in multivariable models; however, hypotension and high pulse rate were only borderline significant since rounded values for the 95% confidence interval included 1 at the lower bound.
