Unadjusted linear regression models of wAs, uAs, or bAs as predictors of [ 3 H]-methyl incorporation indicated negative associations between As exposure and [ 3 H]-methyl incorporation that were statistically significant for wAs [β = –28.2; 95% confidence interval (CI): –49.5, –6.8, p = 0.01] and borderline significant for uAs (β = –20.2; 95% CI: –41.9, 1.4, p = 0.07) and bAs (β = –254.5; 95% CI: –523.5, 14.6, p = 0.06) ( Table 3 ).
