4 , 5 Once the interpreter is familiar and has more experience with VCE, the time spent in VCE evaluation might be significant in increasing diagnostic accuracy. 6 , 7 In this issue of Clinical Endoscopy , the Korean GUT Image Study Group and their colleagues investigated the learning curve of VCE for beginners. 8 They postulated that although VCE has become an important tool for the diagnosis of small bowel diseases and can be performed without technical skill, the images should be interpreted by someone with experience in gastrointestinal mucosal image assessment.
