Both diet (logrank, Mantel-Cox X 2 df = 3 = 105.4, p<0.0001) and initial density (logrank, Mantel-Cox X 2 df = 3 = 93.99, p<0.0001) demonstrated highly significant differences in survival functions, and these differences were evident at every level of each factor ( Fig. 6C ; Fig. 6D ).
