The Pairwise G-tests showed that genetic differentiation was highly significant between the sorghum populations of the three groups, being highest between the Chuka and both the Tharaka (p-value < 0.0001) and Mbeere (p-value = 0.0002) populations and lowest between the Tharaka and Mbeere populations (p-value = 0.0083).
