There was no change in response to vibration treatment in indolyl glucosinolates (vibration treatment p = 0.71), although there was a nonsignificant trend for an interaction of leaf type and vibration treatment (Electronic Supplementary Material Table 2), and the changes in some individual indolyl compounds mirrored those for aliphatic compounds (Electronic Supplementary Material Fig. 3).
