When analyzing adiposity patterns, we found that high fat-fed Rai1 +/− mice had significant increases in both abdominal and subcutaneous fat where as high carbohydrate-fed Rai1 +/− animals only displayed a significant increase in abdominal fat, but a trend towards significance for subcutaneous fat.
