Although the changes in bond lengths were insufficient to make firm conclusions, an overall trend of 0.1 Å increase in phenolic O–H bond length was observed for radical cation forms of the studied acids, which might mean the formation of hydrogen bond with oxygen atom of the neighboring oxygen containing groups. 2.7.
