Low levels of secreted pseudo-infectivity were present for transductions lacking NS2, yet inclusion of NS2 had a profound effect on pseudo-infectivity within the secreted compartment, with highly significant (>2 log 10 , P <0.0005) increases in titre ( Fig. 4a ).
