Interestingly, in this trial, the eradication rate had a decreasing trend from 2004 to 2008. 24 Another study, which compared 10 days and 7 days of moxifloxacin-containing triple therapy found eradication rates in the 7-day-group, 84% (57/68); 76% (57/75), comparable to those of the 10-day-group, 90% (63/70); 84% (63/75), by PP and ITT analysis, respectively; the differences were not significant. 25 Trials also compared moxifloxacin-containing triple therapy with bismuth-containing quadruple therapy.
