For histoplasmosis (B39), blastomycosis (B40), and paracoccidioidomycosis (B41), we found 27, 19, and 6 persons per year, respectively (0.054, 0.038, and 0.012 per 100,000 persons, respectively.) The prevalence showed an increasing trend by age, but no clear difference by sex was found ( Table 2 ).
