The FRAP of date fruits extracted at different concentrations (125–1000 μ g/mL) showed a highly significant (** P < 0.01) positive correlation with K ( r 2 = 0.800) and Ca ( r 2 = 0.664) but a highly significant (** P < 0.01) negative correlation with Zn ( r 2 = −0.745) and significant (* P < 0.05) negative correlation with Cu ( r 2 = −0.589), and Mn ( r 2 = −0.488).
