In accordance to our finding Teitsson indicated that IgA-RF can be a more specific prognosticator of disease severity than IgM-RF or IgG-RF.[ 20 ] Rantapaa-Dahlqvist et al .[ 21 ] in a case control study 67 patients with RA were assessed and the prevalence of autoantibodies in studied patients was 33.7% for anti-CCP, 16.9% for IgG-RF, and 33.7% for IgA-RF which all were highly significant compared with controls.
