Statistics Statistics was done by using Statistical Package for Social Sciences (SPSS) version 20 considering ≤ 0.05 as statistically significant and ≤ 0.001 as statistically highly significant. 1) Chi-square test was used to calculate the difference of apoptosis in T1R (Group I) compared to non-reactional Group II 2) Cohen's kappa coefficient was calculated to evaluate the degree of agreement between the two methods of apoptosis detection-HPE and by DNA fragmentation and electrophoresis 3) Student's t -test was used to calculate the statistical significance of mean of number of apoptotic bodies seen on HPE in T1R (Group I) compared to non-reactional group (Group II).
