CD36 stimulation decreased both APP and the tight junction marker, occludin, protein levels with a slight but not quite significant increase in fatty acid binding protein, LFABP, and no effect on protein levels of fatty acid translocase/CD36, or the fatty acid transport protein, FATP4.
