Survival data disclosed an interesting trend at room temperature, old and young flies only survived up to 12 h, while at the cold temperature, young flies survived up to 72 h of stress and old flies survived 48 h of stress (three-way ANOVA,N > 9, F (2,53) = 0.673, P > 0.003; Fig. 1B ).
