Most existing research work on target tracking concentrates on efficient ways of modeling [ 8 , 9 ] and trajectory estimation methods [ 10 , 11 ], as well as on varieties of data association approaches[ 12 , 13 ], which are extremely significant for the multiple target tracking problem [ 14 , 15 ].
