It is worth noting that age and the concentration of hemoglobin were negatively associated with tacrolimus dosing in our study, and that there was a trend towards significance that the fecal abundance of Faecalibacterium prausnitzii continued to be associated with tacrolimus dosing after controlling for these two variables.
