A Kruskal–Wallis test among genotypes indicated a highly significant difference (χ 2 3 = 47.87, corrected p<0.001), as did Wilcoxon rank sum tests between WT and lox2/3 , and WT and lox2/3 x TPS10 (W 24,12 = 0, W 24,11 = 0 and corrected p - values<0.001, Figure 1C , Figure 1—source data 3 ).
