To obtain a refined description of our data set, we performed a cluster analysis in order to identify typical quantitative patterns of RAR subunit time-dependent occupancy level; for this we only considered a subset of 3174 regions displaying a highly significant occupancy variation between any time point relative to the untreated condition.
