Patients with aneuploidy had an estimated HR of 3.8 that was close to being statistically significant ( P =0.13, 95% CI=(0.6, 23.7)), whereas patients with elevated 4N fraction did not show an elevated risk of subsequent detection of HGD or EAC in this sample (HR=1.2, P =0.84, 95% CI=(0.2, 7.3); Figure 3c , Table 2 ).
