When stratified by study design, compared to the borderline significant result in case-control studies (RR = 0.82, 95%CI = 0.65–1.02; I 2 = 65.4%), we observed attenuated association in cohort studies (RR = 0.94, 95%CI = 0.83–1.07; I 2 = 7.0%).
