A decreasing trend of 2–4 times in the T3 sample was noticed for bacteria representing phyla Spirochaetes, Chloroflexi, WS3, Bacteriodetes, Nitrospira, Gemmatimonadetes, Chlorobi, and Cladithrix, whereas phyla Acidobacteria and Fusobacteria remained virtually unchanged (Fig. 1 ).
