The results of ANOVA in Table 2 indicate that with 95 or 99% confidence, extraction pressure factor has extremely significant effects on the yield of 6-gingerol extracted by SFE-CO 2 ( P < 0.01), and extraction temperature and extraction time have significant effects on the yield of 6-gingerol ( P < 0.05), whereas the effects of separation pressure are small under the range from 4 to 8 MPa.
