We found that high expression of five (PSMB4, PSMB7, PSMD14, PSMB2 and PSMD11) out of the top six genes ( Figure 4a ) were all associated with significantly worse 10-year metastatic rate in younger men, and the final gene PSMD6 showed the same trend with borderline significance ( Figures 4c–h ).
