marginally significantp = 0.055
The critical results remained significant when including these variables as covariates in the model: the Emotion × Attachment interaction for the three emotions remained marginally significant ( F (2,74) = 3.02, p = 0.055, η p 2 = 0.08), which was, as before, specific for the angry vs. neutral Emotion contrast ( F (1,75) = 6.11, p = 0.016, η p 2 = 0.08) as well as for the insecurely attached participants ( F (1,20) = 6.48, p = 0.019, η p 2 = 0.25; see Appendix S3 in online Supplementary Material for detailed descriptions of results).
