The effect of changes in the percentage of transplanted patients was marginally significant at the 5 % level in the adjusted model, in the direction of a slight increase in the home dialysis rate as the proportion of transplants increased (odds ratio 1.02, CI 1.00 to 1.03, p = 0.041).
