Being in the least poor quintile (AOR 0.65, 95 % CI 0.42–1.01, p = 0.054) and having a window on at least two walls (AOR 0.72, 95 % CI 0.51–1.01, p = 0.054) were still associated with malaria but were only marginally statistically significant when adjusting for other factors.
