Overall, despite relatively low levels of symptoms at baseline, participants exhibited medium effect size changes in symptoms pre- to post-program (Cohen's d ranging 0.55-0.65) that were significant for depressive symptoms and perceived stress, and marginally significant for anxiety symptoms and self-efficacy ( Table 2 ).
