The association between histological diagnosis and colposcopic grade was highly significant (p < .001) and the strength of the correlation, as assessed by the κ statistics, was fair for each specimen (A or B) and histological analysis (κ = 0.32; CI 95 %: .16-.47; and κ = 0.30; CI 95 %: .17-.44, for routine and revised analysis respectively) (Table 5 ).
