highly significantp <0.001
A highly significant correlation was observed between the percentage of tumor cells with MET gene copy number ≥3 and CEP7 copy number ≥3 (R 2 = 0.90, p <0.001) across two subtypes of PRCC.
A highly significant correlation was observed between the percentage of tumor cells with MET gene copy number ≥3 and CEP7 copy number ≥3 (R 2 = 0.90, p <0.001) across two subtypes of PRCC.
Furthermore, we also found an increasing trend in the percentage of tumor cells with MET gene copy number ≥3 together with higher MET IHC score, suggestive of a relationship between MET gene copy number increase and MET protein overexpression.
Relationships between MET gene copy number increase and MET protein overexpression A positive trend was observed between % MET and increasing IHC score ( Fig 3 ), indicating a possible correlation between MET gene copy number increase and protein overexpression in PRCC tumor cells.
