Reliability, Feasibility, and Acceptability of Phone-Based Reporting System The mobile phone-based system was used regularly (total of 8,862 phone reports throughout the surveillance period) by all but two of the initial pharmacies enrolled, and we found no evidence of a decreasing trend in reporting frequency suggestive of reporting fatigue, as the study progressed ( S3 Fig ).
