On the basis of Wilcoxon Signed Ranks Test which gave negative rank showing negative change in knowledge, positive rank showing positive change in knowledge and ties showing no change in knowledge, the results were evaluated with P < 0.001 level of significance and found to be highly significant for all sections of the questions.
