CMG response to needle noxious stimulation was heterogeneous when comparing animal groups, however when evaluating each animal individually there was an obvious trend towards an increased interval between contractions with a longer interval noted after needle tetanizing stimulation of the PC muscle and minimal change noted after sham needle placement alone ( Table 1 ).
