All types of anti-stigma interventions in 11 studies (three rated as of high quality) consistently had a significant positive impact on employees’ supportive behavior [ 36 , 38 , 40 – 43 , 45 , 46 , 49 , 50 ] with the exception of one study [ 47 ], which reported a marginally significant effect.
