Even when controlling for baseline performance, there was a highly significant association between baseline GABA+ levels and post-interventional performance: There was a trend for a positive association between baseline and post-interventional 2ptD threshold ( R 2 = 0.21, F = 4.23, P = 0.06), however, adding baseline GABA+ as a predictive term significantly improved the model ( R 2 = 0.67, F = 15.02, P < 0.001).
