When the titres obtained with VSVΔG pseudotypes bearing the ONDS and A9-11-15 glycoproteins were compared, a highly significant correlation was observed ( r = 0.90, p < 0.0001; Fig. 3 ), perhaps suggesting qualitative and quantitative differences in the neutralising antibodies that are being measured on Vero cells and 293dogSLAM cells.
