When the ‘not consumers before 2009’ are compared to the ‘always consumers’ group ( Fig 8 ), the relative risks of the ‘always consumers’ are always higher, however, there appears to be an increasing trend from 2011 onwards in the ‘not consumers before 2009’, which is not observed in the ‘always consumers’.
