Since a Y-maze test was conducted in Shanxi Medical University in China, which resulted in an obvious trend of lower percentage of spontaneous alternations compared to the control mice, the same procedures were used in the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in USA for the BaP treatment and Y-maze experiments.
