The data presented in Fig 5 exhibit a negative rank correlation of -0.40 between informativeness and statistical accuracy, which is highly significant on 72 observations (the probability of this correlation, or lower, arising by chance is below 2x10 -4 ), thereby confirming that statistical accuracy and informativeness are negatively correlated.
