Recursive partitioning of cases based on quantitative levels of CK5 and BCL6 transcripts effectively separated favorable and poor prognostic groups ( Figure 7b ; Supplementary Figure S10A ) that remained highly significant after adjustment for other variables in multivariate survival analysis (hazard ratio (HR) 4.34; 95% confidence interval 2.06–18.39; P <0.001; Table 1 ).
