For all tests, p < 0.05 was deemed significant while p < 0.001 was considered highly significant. 4 Results 4.1 Proliferation analysis As shown in Table 1 ; control group of neurospheres showed normal pattern of proliferation, where applying size analysis for the cell cultured revealed progressive increase from 176 ± 56.3 μm in day 0 till reaching 800.6 ± 117 μm.
