We found that sex, comorbidity, and age did not affect the UCOD misclassification rate ( P = 0.53, P = 0.75, and P = 0.13, respectively), although the misclassification rate showed an increasing trend, especially for cases >90 years old (adjusted odds ratio [vs <80 years old] 1.44; 95% CI, 0.72–2.88).
