Although the high WT1 cluster was also found to be correlated to other known risk factors including del(5q)/(7q), FLT3 ‐internal tandem duplication (ITD), WT1 status (positively), and inv(16), t(15;17), t(8;21), FLT3 ‐tyrosine kinase domain (TKD) and CEBPA (double mutation) status (negatively) (Fig 2 A), its prognostic impact remained highly significant after adjustment for baseline characteristics and known prognostic factors (Table 1 ).
