highly significantp < 0.0001
These regressions persisted when adjusting for age, UPDRS III or LEDD in a multivariable regression analysis, as time from diagnosis remained a highly significant negative predictor of CSL (R = 0.66; slope ß = -0.029; p < 0.0001) and a positive predictor of CCAD (R = 0.57; slope ß = 0.033; p = 0.0002), while age (CSL, slope ß = 0.003; p = 0.63; CCAD, slope ß = 0.001; p = 0.94), UPDRS III (CSL, slope ß = 0.32; p = 0.09) or LEDD (CSL, slope ß = 0.23; p = 0.22) were not predictors.
