We calculated MAF1 DamIP-seq scores for Pol III genes and identified 64 loci with highly significant ( P < 0.005) MAF1 enrichment and at least one ATC within the gene body; of these loci, 52 were bound in serum-starved cells (and some of them, also in serum-replete cells), and the remaining 12 exclusively in serum-replete cells (note that only one locus, a tRNA pseudogene, had high MAF1 score but no ATC) ( Supplemental Table S3 ).
