The KMO score generated was 0.74, exceeding the recommended value of 0.6 [ 39 , 40 ] and Bartlett’s test of sphericity [ 41 ] was highly significant (Chi-square 4437.615, df 276, p < 0.001), and thus supported the appropriateness of using the factor analysis to explore the underlying structure of the perceived quality of healthcare services.
