Nonetheless, women overall had a higher incidence of bleeding than men regardless of therapy, as has been noted in prior PCI analyses, 24 and a nonsignificant trend was observed across alternate bleeding definitions toward more bleeding in cangrelor-treated women than those treated with clopidogrel.
