Univariate logistic regression analysis identified age at PML diagnosis, baseline viral load and use of cART before diagnosis as strong predictors of survival beyond one year from diagnosis, and a marginal significance for use of cART with greater CNS penetrability scores, but none of these factors maintained significance in multivariate models.
