Detection of damage in PBLs and BMLs of rats inhaling radon and its progeny Table 2 shows that the percentage of pan-nuclear γ-H2AX-positive cells in PBLs and BMLs showed no significant change with increasing cumulative radon dose in rats after overall radon inhalation of 10–60 WLM, despite an increasing trend in the 60 WLM group.
